Transit Days DO NOT include order processing and production time.
Typical order production will be about 2-5 days depends on the complexity of the order.
Shipping Service
- Orders $88+ will receive free shipping. All other orders will be charged a flat rate cost.
- Please see the map above for an estimated delivery time (transit time + production time).
- If you need to upgrade to express shipping for rush production, please contact us via email: shop@embclothes.com
Production Time
- Your orders will be processed when your payment is accepted.
- Production time will be 2-5 days depends on the complexity of your orders. All items are made-to-order. We embroider your items in Pennsylvania U.S.A. We start from a blank to a complete product just for you, and that process takes time.
- Your order production will be on business days (Monday – Friday), Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery Zones
- Embclothes currently only deliver to the United States and Canada.
Delivery Partners
- Embclothes uses USPS, Fedex and UPS depends on the package size and weight.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order production is completed.
- In case of the tracking number not included in the order complement email. Please contact us via shop@embclothes.com for tracking information.
- If there is any issue shows up on your tracking progress, also email us and we will help you resolve the problem.
Incorrect Address
*IMPORTANT! Make sure to provide the correct address at checkout.
- Incorrect or missing shipping information may cause your package to be lost or significant delay to your order processing.
- We are not responsible if you contact us to change the shipping address after the package has been shipped.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. However, we will try our best to help you resolve the problem.
- We will contact you if the order gets returned to us. We will charge a shipping fee to purchase a new label and re-send your order. If we could not reach you for more 7 days, your order will be donated to a charity.
- We will not issue a refund if your order is delivered to a wrong address.
- Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
- If you contact the shipping carrier to forward or redirect after the order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
