These terms apply when you use embclothes.com or buy from us. The site is run by EmbClothes LLC, based in Pennsylvania, USA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- All items are made to order with the personalization you give us. Please check your spelling, dates, colors and size before ordering. We stitch exactly what you write.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
- We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if a product is unavailable, the price is wrong, or we suspect fraud.
- We may decline personalization that is hateful, obscene, or uses someone else’s trademark, logo or copyrighted artwork without permission. If we do, we’ll contact you and refund you in full.
- You can cancel or change an order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, production has usually started.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, discounts and any applicable tax are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Klarna and Affirm are offered through Stripe and have their own terms.
- Discount codes can’t be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and end on the date shown.
Production and shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates. See Shipping & Delivery. We ship to US addresses only. Once the carrier has your package, delivery times are up to them. Lost packages are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Colors and handmade variation
Every piece is embroidered to order, so small differences in placement and stitching are normal. Colors on screen may differ from the actual garment and thread.
Returns
Personalized items are final sale, except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy: if we made a mistake, or your item is defective, damaged or wrong, we’ll remake or refund it when you report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
Your content
When you send us text or designs to stitch, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you let us use them only to make your order. We won’t post photos of your order without your permission.
Our content
The photos, designs, text and logo on this site belong to EmbClothes LLC. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away any consumer protections you have under the laws of your own state.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
